Ganash cake

We put two cups of liquid cream on the fire until it bubbles without boiling and put the chocolate cubes or 4 tablespoons of Nutella. Stir until the chocolate melts and leave it for two hours until it holds together and its consistency becomes like cream cheese. 3 We divide the cake into two parts (two layers). We put the ganache on the first layer after it hardens, then we crumble the second layer of cake and cover the entire ganache with it, decorate it with chocolate sauce and nuts, and put it in the refrigerator for the whole night.
