Steps
Step 1
We mix the flour and starch with the good ghee and add the salt and vanilla. We mix the egg with the orange blossom water and collect the dough. Roll it into 10 balls. We cover it and let it rest for at least 4 hours. Prepare the filling. Mix the walnuts with the cocoa and sugar and sprinkle it with the orange blossom water.
Step 2
We roll each ball with starch and grease it with ghee until we get 5 layers. We put the filling in, distribute it salted, and finish the remaining balls in the same way. We coat them with salted ghee, cut them, let them rest for 6 hours, cook them in the oven until we get a golden color, and water them with honey.
Step 3
Decorate with dry fruits. We put half a cup of honey with a tablespoon of glucose until it dissolves. We dip the seed in it and decorate it so that the fruits stick together and give us shine.
