6 garlic cloves
2 green tomatoes
2 peppers or as desired

Dot whale and spindle, the small type, is the best type for couscous or any type that has plenty of meat

Steps

Mash the garlic and put it in a pot on a fire with oil (half a cup). Reduce the heat to it, then put the crushed tomatoes (mashed), salt, cumin, and tomato paste (a spoonful)😅and pepper, preferably hot🌶🌶

When it is cooked, put it in a bowl of water for a quarter of an hour, then put the chopped whale in it until it is cooked and float on it.

Couscous according to what is in the picture. Half a bag of couscous. We put it in a plate and add a little salt and a little oil. We stir it by hand and put it in the bowl (couscous) when it sizzles. We add to it the cooking oil that we prepared for the whale’s enjoyment and a little butter. We mix it, then we distribute the cooking over it, put the whale on it, and fry potatoes and eggplant as in the picture, and it is correct. God willing, you will understand me 😂
