the components
500 g of white flour

In the pot, put the white flour, the fino flour, the bread yeast and honey, add the vegetable oil, stir well, then add the water and knead well until we get a moist dough.

We add salt with a little water and knead well until we get a moist dough. We paint it with a little vegetable oil, cover it and let it ferment until it doubles in size.

We divide the dough into equal pieces and leave it to rest for 5 minutes after the dough is kneaded and let it ferment. This is the secret of the success of the duck.

We heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and leave it until the frying pan is hot. We put the dough without letting the air inside it, leave it for a few seconds, turn it over, and continue turning it until it swells and takes on a beautiful color.
